Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an hourly Field Supervisor to support community center facilities in Jacksonville, Florida. Daily duties include inspecting the pool area, maintaining cleanliness, and managing outdoor spaces, with field work detailing field office communication and landscaping checks.

The role covers overseeing irrigation, equipment, and contractor coordination, with administrative duties and resident-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check the pool area to ensure the chair lift battery is fully charged.
• Pick up litter in pool area, community center, walkways, and tennis courts.
• Blow off the pool deck and surrounding areas with a portable blower.
• Rearrange pool furniture to maintain order and neatness.
• Check restrooms for hand soap and toilet tissue and replenish as needed.
• Pick up litter and empty wastebaskets in restrooms and the kitchen.
• Rearrange community center furniture and ensure the area is clean and tidy.
• Place a sign on the community center door stating you are in the field and will return in approximately two hours.
• Ensure the field office voicemail directs callers to the Field Supervisor's District-issued cell phone for immediate attention.
• Lock and leave the community center with keys for access by activities.
• Conduct a tour of the community common areas, check for landscaping issues, verify irrigation on schedule, and report issues to landscaper.
• Use a moisture meter to test areas, flag issues, and report to landscaper.
• Move debris off walkways and refer to landscaper.
• Inspect irrigation pump locations for leaks and verify circuit breakers are not tripped.
• Return to the office by approximately 12:30 a.m.
• Check phone calls and emails and respond, perform other duties within the job description.
