• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• Ten years of increasingly responsible experience in facilities management, construction, or related field.

• Manage departmental budget in collaboration with budget analysts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and capital planning to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
