Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain the physical facilities and lead the EVS and maintenance teams at our Manchester, NH location. You will hire, train and motivate staff, establish standards and budgets, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC and building systems.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering/facility management, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee vendors and rehab projects while

Qualifications

• Ten years in engineering, facility management, janitorial services or related area, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; knowledge of major mechanical systems, fire & life safety equipment, grounds, parking, lighting, plumbing, electrical

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor facility integrity and manage EVS/maintenance teams.
• Hire, train and coach staff; ensure leadership and resources to meet objectives.
• Establish standards, budgets, staffing, and administrative processes for efficient operation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain MSD sheets; review guest complaints and take action.
• Schedule staff for productivity and guest satisfaction; oversee vendor relations and condo rehab projects.
