Job summary

DePelchin Family Services in Houston, TX, seeks a Facility Specialist to join the Maintenance team. You will coordinate and provide equipment and facility setup for meetings, conferences, and special events, while delivering customer service to building patrons.

Responsibilities include coordinating AV requests, maintaining equipment, performing routine inspections, and supporting deliveries, mail, and custodial tasks to keep the facility safe and functional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year experience in basic building maintenance.
• One year experience with audio video equipment and maintenance.
• Must have valid Texas driver license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting set-ups and breakdowns in conference rooms and meeting areas.
• Coordinate audio visual requests and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with daily work orders and inspections of building equipment, grounds, and vehicles.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support deliveries, mail room activities, and custodial tasks.
