Qualifications

• Strong customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Excellent computer proficiency for AV setup and control.
• In-depth knowledge of camera and lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with AV editing equipment and software.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Experience working with a variety of AV systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment for events, conferences, meetings, and venues.

• Test equipment on-site before functions and teardown afterwards.
• Keep AV office and equipment clean and organized.
• Coordinate with guests and vendors to meet AV needs.
• Report any equipment concerns to management.
