Qualifications

• One year basic building maintenance experience.
• One year audio-visual equipment experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting set‑ups and breakdowns in conference spaces.
• Arrange appropriate equipment and layout for meetings.
• Coordinate AV requests for meetings and conferences.
• Work with IT for proper use of computer equipment.
• Perform maintenance and replacement of AV equipment.
• Keep inventory of AV gear and meeting supplies.
• Support with daily work orders and facility inspections.
• Assist with deliveries, mail room support, and custodial tasks.
