Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in event planning, facility management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary institutional point of contact for rental of District facilities and manage external bookings.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote facility use and maximize revenue.
• Manage the full lifecycle of event billing, including invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Maintenance & Operations, IT, and Campus Safety to ensure seamless service delivery for on-campus events.
• Supervise, train, and schedule event setup staff to ensure coverage for evenings and weekends.
