Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate opening for an Operations Assistant at the Boeing Center at Tech Port located in San Antonio, Texas. The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facilities and /or the events by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in management or maintenance engineering and at least two years of operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations in a similar facility.
Additional experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

Assist the Ops Manager in all aspects of operations including engineering, grounds, and security.
Coordinate operations with other departments and show-related contractors.
Implement facility rules and procedures.
Investigate problems and provide solutions for operational issues.
Provide timely communication to other departments.
Ensure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.
Oversee maintenance of the physical plant and systems.
Support Manager on Duty as required.
