Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate opening for an Operations Assistant at the Boeing Center at Tech Port located in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports the Operations Manager and assists with daily facility and event activities, coordinating with building departments and contractors.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering and a minimum of 2 years in Operations in a similar facility, with some education substitutions allowed by experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from technical college with major in Management or Maintenance Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations in a similar facility
• Additional experience may be substituted for education

Responsibilities

• Assist the Ops Manager in all aspects of operations including building and grounds, event services, safety, and custodial support.
• Coordinate operations activities with other building departments and show-related contractors.
• Ensure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.
• Provide timely communication to other departments and maintain information flow.
