Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate opening for an Operations Assistant at the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports daily facility operations, maintenance, and event services under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

The position requires a 2+ year Operations background, a technical college degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across engineering, grounds, safety and custodial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations in a similar facility.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Ops Manager in all aspects of operations including engineering, building and grounds, technical services, event services, safety, security, custodial and parking.
• Coordinate operations activities with other building departments and show-related contractors.
• Ensure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.
• Provide clear, concise communication to other departments and supervise when required.
• Oversee maintenance of the physical plant and systems.
