Job summary

Legends Global at the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist with daily facility and event operations. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the Operations Manager and oversees a team to ensure safe, efficient performance.

The candidate will coordinate with building departments, enforce safety rules, and help maintain the appearance and readiness of the facility for events, including ADA compliance and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or maintenance engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations in a similar facility.
• Experience with and around heavy machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all aspects of operations including engineering and facilities.
• Lead ops team to execute event visions with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate operations with other departments and show-related contractors.
• Enforce facility rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ensure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.
• Provide clear communication of directives to other departments.
