Job summary

Navy Region Hawaii, MWR, seeks a facility operations assistant for the Meeting Rooms at JBPHH, Honolulu. You will monitor operations, process contracts/payments, resolve patron issues, and assist with event setup and teardown.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility or meeting room operations emphasized.

• Ability to provide work direction to other employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations during shifts and assist when club manager is absent.
• Handle contracts, receipts, and payments; prepare shift reports.
• Resolve patron complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect and secure facility at start/end of shift; protect funds/assets.
• Set up and breakdown event equipment; understand basic AV troubleshooting.
