Mach Energy Services LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Facilities Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for our energy facility construction projects, including compressor and pump stations, tank batteries, and metering facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of commercial/industrial estimating, takeoffs across concrete and structural steel, and strong spreadsheet skills; you will manage the full estimate lifecycle from opportunity review to post-bid analysis and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience with hard-bid and design-build estimates from plans and specs.
• Strong understanding of bid documents and scope interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, competitive estimates for facility construction projects.
• Manage the full estimate lifecycle from opportunity review to post-bid analysis.
• Obtain and document subcontractor quotes; identify scope gaps and enforce price holds.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits prior to bid submission.
• Maintain bid history and cost data to improve accuracy over time.
