Job summary

Mach Energy Services LLC seeks a Chief Estimator to lead estimating for the Utility Division, covering municipal water and wastewater projects across TX, OK, and AR. • 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or underground utilities.
• Experience bidding municipal projects exceeding $20 million in contract value.
• Experience estimating open cut excavation, directional bore, trenchless installation, and wet utility systems.
• Strong understanding of municipal bid documents, plan reading, and specification interpretation.

We are committed to safety, operational excellence, and building a team that grows with the company.POSITION SUMMARYThe Chief Estimator is responsible for leading all estimating activity for Mach’s Utility Division. This is a growth role for a heavy civil estimating professional with a strong foundation who is ready to step into a leadership seat, build institutional estimating knowledge, and ultimately own the full bid program for a growing municipal wet utility contractor.
