Qualifications

• Knowledge of coffee and kitchen equipment specs, calibration, troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
• Adherence to workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to lead through clear, effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain procedures to novices and train staff.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet search, work-orders).

Responsibilities

• Develops departmental strategy with Leadership Team to align with company objectives.
• Coordinate projects across departments and manage timely execution.
• Improve cross-department collaboration and support.
• Delegate tasks to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
• Oversee budget reporting and risk management for E&F initiatives.
• Lead maintenance, repairs, and vendor management for facilities and equipment.
• Prioritize incoming tickets and manage E&F team workload.
• Ensure after-hours response and escalation for emergencies when needed.
• Maintain fleet and coordinate procurement of fixtures, equipment, and facilities needs.
