Job summary

Gimme! Coffee is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Equipment & Facilities team.

You will manage maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination across all cafe locations and ensure timely responses to service requests while keeping the vehicle fleet well-maintained. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, help develop budgets and process improvements, supervise staff, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems maintenance and facilities management.
• Knowledge of coffee and kitchen equipment specs and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of E&F team and respond to tickets.
• Lead and mentor staff, manage project work with other departments.
• Oversee preventative and break-fix maintenance and vendor relations.
• Maintain vehicle fleet and oversee facilities for multiple cafes.
