Job summary

National Metalwares is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance personnel and coordinate preventive maintenance for all plant equipment, building, and grounds. The role emphasizes safety, project oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure continuous operations.

The ideal candidate will lead with strong communication, manage space and facilities, and collaborate with public utility and energy agencies as needed. In-person work at the Aurora facility is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Ability to coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance personnel and repair activities for equipment, facilities, and grounds.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
