Job summary

IntersectHC in Michigan is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams, ensuring a clean, sanitized facility that meets safety standards. You will manage budgets, schedules, and manuals; coordinate with regulatory officials; and supervise life-safety systems, equipment maintenance, and pest control as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
Experience overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, and environmental services.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain environmental services operation manuals.
Maintain budget and purchase supplies for maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry.
Oversee life-safety inspections and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Coordinate inspections and maintenance of life-safety systems.
Lead safety committee and staff training on chemicals and hazards.
Communicate with other departments and regulatory officials.
Arrange for external contractors when needed.
