Responsibilities include supervising ES staff, orienting new hires, conducting evaluations, and driving performance improvements. Join a dedicated team delivering patient-centered care in a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Five (5)–Ten (10) years of Housekeeping experience, hospital setting preferred.
• 1–3 years of related management experience or 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Provision of satisfactory motor vehicle operation reports required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff including scheduling, corrective actions, and annual performance evaluations.
• Complete department orientation for new staff and document orientation completion for HR.
• Perform performance improvement monitoring and problem solving resolutions.
• Complete a Housekeeping Assignment Daily.
