Responsibilities

• Ensure the building and campus are safe, well-kept and presentable.
• Comply with federal, state and local rules and regulations.
• Perform ground, building maintenance and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Techs on preventive and general repairs.
• Hire, educate, evaluate and terminate Maintenance & Housekeeping staff as needed.
• Operate within assigned budgets and monitor department expenditures.
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange for outside contractors when needed.
• Ensure exit doors function properly and maintain security.
• Participate in meetings and committees as assigned.
