Montefiore Medical Center is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the administrative and fiscal services of the Engineering Department at the Weiler campus. You will manage budgeting, capital funds, and the coordination with Fire & Safety to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The role includes oversight of union staff, preparation of capital fund reports, and maintaining PC-based financial systems to support hospital objectives.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher is preferred for this role.
• High school diploma is required to apply.
• 4-6 years of experience in administrative/financial support roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, payroll/timekeeping, and SAP systems is expected.
• Experience with SAP Finance, SAP/HCM, Kronos, EPIC, STRATA Jazz or similar systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain PC-based systems including accounts payable, capital fund, space allocation and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare draw-downs of funds from various capital financing programs and manage capital funds.
• Quality assurance designee: establish, monitor, and evaluate policies and procedures for Engineering; audits and recommendations.
• Provide budget and financial reporting, including variance analysis and cost controls.
• Oversee engineering and maintenance activities, including groundskeeping and snow removal at the Weiler campus.
• Coordinate Engineering department functions with Fire & Safety and ensure safe working conditions for staff and patients.
• Supervise and support union staff; participate in recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
