Job summary

Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee assigned personnel and service contractors on the campus. The role supports trades teams, coordinates maintenance tasks and ensures safety and compliance across the facility complex.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities maintenance, leadership experience, and strong technical skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of previous Facilities Maintenance experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Must possess technical skill and knowledge to perform duties.
• Must be able to follow direction, both verbal and written, and work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel and service contractors on the hospital campus.
• Assist tradesmen and other workers in completing tasks around the facility.
• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment; ensure timely ordering of supplies
