Job summary

You will coordinate with facilities leadership, clinical stakeholders, Architects, and Contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that enhances patient care environments.

The role requires a solid engineering background, healthcare regulatory knowledge, and a track record of managing complex renovations from inception

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of construction practices in healthcare settings.
• Must have degree in engineering (or architecture) and related licenses.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and procurement for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing engineering, renovation, infrastructure, and capital construction projects across healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate activities from planning through closeout; monitor schedules and budgets.
• Prepare scopes, cost estimates, and procurement plans; track progress and report to leadership.
• Oversee contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support regulatory compliance, ICRA/ILSM planning, and accreditation readiness.
