Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Facilities Engineering Operations Manager to support a manufacturing client in Lima, OH. You will oversee facilities and engineering across three large buildings, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Lead EVS, FM, Security and contracted services, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years related experience in facilities/engineering.

Responsibilities
