Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Engineering Operations Manager to support a manufacturing client in Lima, OH. This role oversees multiple services across three large buildings, including daily operations, service quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Manage EVS, FM, Security and contracted services, while ensuring consistent service delivery, efficient resource use, and strong operational performance across all three buildings. Strong FM technical background and understanding of FM systems required.

About the job

In this operational leadership role, you’ll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You’ll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year

• Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting.
