Job summary

CBRE is seeking an FM Engineering Operations Manager to lead engineering operations across multiple facilities. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance activities to deliver top-tier service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and balance problems.
• Leadership to motivate the team to meet operational targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Manage operations and maintenance for facilities and budgets.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and manuals.
• Serve as point of contact with contractors and tenants.
• Oversee building systems including fire safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Maintain communication with tenants, clients and vendors.
• Drive new management contracts and develop as-built drawings.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems.
• Contribute to department-wide improvements.
