Aloft & Element North Kansas City is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, focusing on safety, asset protection, and energy efficiency. The role requires budget stewardship, CAPEX planning, and regulatory compliance to protect the hotel’s physical plant.

The position calls for strong leadership of the engineering team and effective collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining property standards and life-safety systems.

Qualificações

• HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is required.
• Experience managing engineering/maintenance budgets and CAPEX.
• Regulatory compliance and safety standards knowledge.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee engineering and maintenance operations for Aloft & Element properties.
• Manage budgets, preventive maintenance programs, and energy conservation efforts.
• Lead emergency response and safety initiatives for the property.
• Supervise engineering staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs.
• Maintain logs and records; plan and evaluate maintenance schedules.
• Support guest services by resolving issues and maintaining facility standards.
