Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance & Grounds Operations Lead to oversee campus infrastructure and landscaping, ensuring reliability and safety. You will drive maintenance across building systems, manage budgets, and lead service teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will leverage CMMS data to optimize operations, enforce compliance, and strengthen client relations while developing staff capabilities and ensuring an attractive, safe campus environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in facilities, maintenance and/or grounds operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and compliance/safety standards.
• Budget and vendor management skills.
• Ability to analyze CMMS/service data and translate it into improvements.
• Effective communication and customer relationship management.
