Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day building maintenance for a commercial real estate portfolio in Illinois. The role oversees maintenance technicians, coordinates vendor work, and ensures reliable operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities include managing the CMMS, budgeting, and compliance with OSHA and codes, while partnering with project teams to support energy efficiency and client objectives.
