Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Engineering-related professional body membership preferred (CIBSE/IEE).
• Experience in staffing, coaching, mentoring and performance management is preferred.
• Ability to guide communication of sensitive information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; evaluate performance and recruit new staff.
• Coordinate daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff; manage deadlines.
• Assist team with operations and maintenance issues.
• Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on maintenance aspects.
• Oversee daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Integrate customer engineering standards into the maintenance program and configuration changes.
• Support annual operating budget processes and manage O&M costs for a location.
