Job summary

Buckle is seeking an experienced Facility Engineering Manager to lead the Maintenance Department across Kearney facilities, including the Distribution Center, Ecommerce Center, and Corporate Offices. You will direct maintenance planning, oversee third-party contracts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while sustaining facility uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
