Job summary

Buc-ee’s, Ltd. is seeking a Retail and Food Service Maintenance Manager for our upcoming Kansas City location. This role directs maintenance staff, coordinates with store management and vendors, and ensures safety and upkeep of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
• Excellent communication with store teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control maintenance staff efforts.
• Direct training of employees to improve performance and align with policies.
• Collaborate with Store Management Teams and Vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Evaluate maintenance activities to determine best actions for operations and equipment.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
• Report unsafe conditions to General Manager.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
