Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Facility Engineering Manager to lead the Maintenance Department across the Kearney facilities, including the Distribution Center, Ecommerce Center and corporate offices, coordinating maintenance efforts and overseeing third-party vendor contracts.

This role ensures health and safety compliance, completes reporting and budgeting, and mentors a team of Maintenance Technicians to maximize uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience in a maintenance leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide coaching.
• Negotiate third‑party vendor contracts and manage labor agreements.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance for facilities including Distribution Center, Ecommerce Center and corporate offices.
• Ensure health, safety, and DOT/OSHA compliance; maintain records and reporting.
