Job summary

Celestica seeks a specialist engineer to provide engineering support for facility expansion, CAPEX projects, and energy management at our Richardson, TX site. You will coordinate vendor activities, drive on-time delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years leading CAPEX projects in manufacturing or data centers.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility expansion, retrofit projects, and vendor activities.
• Lead CAPEX projects with strong project management disciplines.
• Ensure regulatory and ISO standards compliance on site.
• Direct EHS functions including health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Collaborate with management on equipment placement, replacement, and plans.
• Monitor progress and report on quality, schedule, safety, and productivity.
