Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6–8 years of relevant experience.
Ability to lead consulting engineers/architects and manage projects.
Experience planning energy and space optimization, and ISO standards.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for design, maintenance, repair and operation of facilities and building systems.
Lead consulting engineers and architects during design, planning and construction phases.
Recommend improvements and capacity planning for site objectives.
Plan and maintain facility infrastructure and energy programs.
Resolve energy reliability issues and ensure ISO compliance.
