Responsibilities

• Produce site utilities (gas, water, electricity) to support manufacturing.
• Ensure facility compliance with local and government regulations.
• Provide technical direction to facilities staff.
• Plan equipment placement and replacement with management.
• Coordinate contract services, inspections and audits.
• Manage multiple projects with solid PM skills.
• Drive supplier/contractor selection with proper drawings and specs.
• Monitor project progress across quality, safety, and schedule.
• Ensure ISO 14001 Environmental Management System compliance.
• Develop and implement energy management programs with Celestica teams.
