Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Maintenance / Facilities Engineer to provide engineering support to maintenance, operations, environmental, and safety teams, ensuring safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.

This role will lead facility and maintenance projects, coordinating parts, budgeting, and ROI calculations. The position requires planning CAPEX projects, upgrading maintenance programs, and strong project management to drive cost reduction and reliability across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CAPEX projects from proposal to completion.
• Develop and upgrade preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance and facility improvement projects.
• Prepare daily and weekly status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.
