Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Supervisors, Building Facilities Engineer to lead a team in the Tampa area. You will ensure reliable operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety compliance.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate with external vendors and drive energy efficiency while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including hiring, performance management and scheduling.
• 5+ years in progressive building operations or facilities engineering.
• Experience with HVAC systems (commercial/industrial).
• Experience with electrical systems and plumbing.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs or work order systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of all facility systems.
• Lead facilities engineers across designated territories.
• Develop, schedule and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate third‑party contractors and service providers.
• Identify and drive cost optimization programs.
• Respond to emergency service calls and after‑hour issues.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and asset documentation.
• Review timesheets and conduct monthly performance reviews.
