Job summary

You will work with experienced engineers and contribute to safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements while developing technical and professional skills onsite.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript required during the application process.
• Ability to perform work onsite at Decherd, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to improve maintenance procedures and best practices for facility and building systems.
• Develop, implement, and commission projects that positively impact safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining critical spare parts within the CMMS.
• Track, analyze, and improve KPIs related to facility operations and business objectives.
• Participate in expense planning, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
