Job summary

WESTPAK is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to plan, execute, and support the growth of our Boston facility. You will manage maintenance across HVAC, water systems, electrical and building infrastructure, coordinating vendors and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related degree.
• Five years of hands-on facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, compressor, vacuum, and cooling tower systems.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical repair skills.
• Proficiency with power tools; basic knowledge of electrical work.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA for project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and support WESTPAK's facilities growth and operations.
• Manage building facilities, maintenance, utilities, and grounds.
• Coordinate outside vendor services and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety, OSHA-compliant practices, and 5S/quality systems across facilities.
• Provide incident response and 24/7 on-call support for facilities.
