Responsibilities

• Independently perform basic carpentry, electrical tasks, small equipment operation, plumbing, and move furniture/equipment.
• Under supervision, perform lawn care, lock/ hardware tasks, motor and pump repair, hospital beds, kitchen equipment, medical gas and air systems, water systems.
• Troubleshoot and correct a variety of building deficiencies and coordinate assigned areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
