Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable codes and safety standards.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance plans and respond to emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Apply standard procedures and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values within the team.
