Legends Global is seeking an Operating Engineer II in Houston to maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across multiple facilities. The role requires skilled preventive maintenance, repairs, and operation of lifts, with emphasis on safety and client service.

You should have EPA Refrigeration Certification (I-III), a 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer License, and HVAC-related training. Strong reading of blueprints and robust problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems operation in commercial/industrial facility.
• EPA Refrigeration Certification (I-III) is required.
• 3rd Grade Stationary Engineers License is required.
• Experience operating Genie Lift, Forklift, JLG Boom-lift and versa-hauler.
• Ability to read blueprints and motor/electrical schematics.
• Commitment to safety standards and long hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Repair equipment and ensure quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and lifts as required.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with clients and staff.
• Work extended hours during events or emergencies.
