Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operating Engineer II to join the engineering team at Reliant Park in Houston, TX. You will operate, monitor and repair complex HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient facility operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment testing, safety compliance and collaboration with clients and staff to meet service expectations in a high‑demand environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA refrigeration certification (Type I/II/III) required.
• 3rd Grade Stationary Engineers License required.
• Technical HVAC training preferred.
• Water treatment knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Read blueprints and schematics; follow safety, codes and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to meet requirements.
