Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems including HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical tasks to maintain building operational units.
• Carry out maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct periodic inspections of building facilities.
