Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Experience in operating a forklift and aerial lift preferred, but willing to train.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current OSHA Forklift and Personnel Lift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan, organize, direct, and motivate maintenance staff activities.
• Prepare routine reports and required correspondence.
