Remedy Medical Properties is seeking a facilities engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems across healthcare properties. You will coordinate vendor work, support tenant relations, and monitor building automation to keep environments safe and comfortable.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, can multitask in a fast-paced setting, and are proficient with Microsoft-based software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct or related experience or equivalent experience/education.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft based software (MS Office) and related systems.

Responsabilités

• Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety systems and equipment for facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced/vendor work with emphasis on scope, schedule and quality.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tenants and maintain open communication.
• Monitor building automation and adjust systems to ensure occupant comfort and efficiency.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and assist contractors in engineering-related areas.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
