Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety systems.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work; review scope and schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and build relationships.
• Ensure tools and safety equipment are available for tasks.
• Respond to tenant service requests and monitor building automation.
• Coordinate and monitor on-site construction activities and assist contractors.
• Maintain inventory for operation of facilities and comply with regulations.
• Support budget process and engage with leasing team as needed.
