Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties is seeking a maintenance professional to operate, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our healthcare properties. You will coordinate vendor work, communicate with tenants, and monitor building automation to sustain optimal comfort and safety.

Applicants should have 5+ years in maintenance/engineering, be capable of multitasking, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and building controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or related maintenance/engineering experience.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft software and building controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety and related systems safely.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced/vendor work, review scope of work, schedule services, supervise through completion.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for tenants and maintain open communication.
• Monitor building automation system and adjust as needed to ensure occupant comfort.
• Schedule vendors/contractors for construction activities with owner approval.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for operation and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, CFC, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Interface with leasing team and prospective tenants as needed.
