Remedy Medical Properties Inc. is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance professional for our Gurnee, IL location.

The role involves operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems across healthcare properties, coordinating vendor work, and serving as the primary contact for tenants. You will ensure safety and compliance, monitor building operations, and support budgeting and bids.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft-based software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety and related systems.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced/vendor work and approve scopes and schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and maintain open communication.
• Ensure tools, test equipment and safety gear are available for tasks.
• Monitor building conditions and respond to tenant service requests promptly.
• Assist in on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors.
